What are your limits and customer verification requirements?

Transaction limits and required verification:

  • $901 – $2,999: ID registration on ATM.

How long does it take to receive my crypto once purchased?

Your cryptocurrencies are sent as an immediate transaction straight to your wallet! In most cases, you will see your transaction on the blockchain within seconds and it will begin confirming in your wallet within minutes! Please call customer support at (888) 420-9816 with any questions.

What are the fees?

Our fees are 16% - 18% + a 4$ purchase fee, over the bitpay price when buying and 1% under when selling. (exceptions are done for in-person transactions larger than $9000)

Why has my purchase not arrived in my wallet?

All Bitcoin Solutions transactions happen immediately, so you should receive your bitcoins right away, provided you sent them to the correct address. If you have confirmed, with 100% certainty, that you sent them to the correct address, you most likely just need to close out of your wallet app, then reopen it. Some wallets will not show your bitcoins until the transaction has been confirmed on the Blockchain. This usually takes about 10 minutes to one hour, depending on the state of the network. If you are concerned that your bitcoins haven't been sent, you can verify your transactions by going to, and searching for it by inputting your wallet's address.

I sent my crypto currency to the wrong address ( QR Code ) , can I get a refund?

All Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, regardless of where they were done. Only the person to whom you sent them can send them back to you. Therefore, it is impossible for Bitcoin Solutions to provide you with any kind of refund. Unlike traditional banking payments, Bitcoin or other Cryptocurrencies have no central banking figure. This means there is no one in control of the network that can either refund or change the outcome of a transaction that has been processed. Bitcoin can detect typos, and will prevent you from sending money to an invalid address by mistake. However, you should always confirm that you have the correct QR code/wallet address before scanning it into the machine. Also, do not send bitcoins to anyone threatening you for a ransom, someone who claims you owe money to the Canadian government or any job that offers to send money to your bank account in return for you sending them Bitcoin. They are scammers. Hang up the phone, and call the police if anyone like this contacts you. It is best practice to not send Bitcoin to anyone that you have not met in person.

How do I enter funds into the ATM?

Unlike traditional ATM machines, you must insert each bill manually one at a time. Doing this instead of entering all your bills will ensure the machine doesn't experience jams and periods of inactivity. Work with us to ensure your local crypto ATM can serve you or others any-day or time!

Wrong or Insufficient funds sent to address?

In the case of Insufficient funds sent to the address the cause is usually the customer sending from an exchange or other types of online wallets. We suggest to always use a local wallet to send to us instead of directly from an exchange. Please create a ticket, in the ticket we need you to supply the transaction ID for your transaction. Also supply unique ID code from your receipt at the ATM. Our agents will review your ticket and E transfer you the amount owing. Please also let us know the email address you would like the E transfer completed to.
